First opening in 1939, Sugar Bowl is one of the oldest ski resorts in California with a, has a storied past that ties to Austrian ski culture, Hollywood and Walt Disney. Perched atop historic Donner Summit, Sugar Bowl Resort has been family-owned and proudly independent since inception.
