All about your Mountain Collective physical pass
If you already have a physical pass from a prior season, continue to use your physical pass in the current season and in any future season in which you are a Mountain Collective pass holder.
New pass holders or pass holders who didn’t have a pass in a prior season, we will mail your physical Mountain Collective pass as long as you already signed your waiver and uploaded your pass holder photo (log into your Mountain Collective account to complete those tasks). Please also make sure your shipping address is correct.

The biggest benefit of having your Mountain Collective physical pass is skipping the lines for the ticket office and going straight to the lift. Make sure you know where and when your physical pass works. - 50% OFF DAYS – ACTION REQUIRED!
Your physical pass is not automatically valid for 50% off lift ticket days. In most cases, discounted lift tickets can be purchased directly from the resorts (online or in-person) and loaded onto your physical pass, after which you can go direct to the lifts. Physical Pass FAQs
Yes, please hang onto it! Your Mountain Collective physical pass is designed to be reused season after season. Reusing your pass helps us reduce unnecessary plastic and shipping waste, so returning passholders who already have a physical pass will continue using it in future seasons.
If yours is lost or needs to be replaced, you can request a replacement through your Mountain Collective account.
We understand why having a spare pass might be convenient. However, our resorts can recognize only one active physical pass per person, so multiple active passes cannot be used for the same passholder.
Don’t worry—we can still help you get on the mountain.
- If you’re already at a Mountain Collective resort, bring your original purchase confirmation email to the ticket office. The resort can provide you with a lift ticket.
- If you have time before your next trip, request a replacement pass through your Mountain Collective account.
- Once a replacement is issued, only the new physical pass will remain active. If you later find your old one, it will no longer work at Mountain Collective resorts.
We can help you identify the active pass before your trip. Log in to your Mountain Collective account and select “Additional Information” next to each passholder’s photo to view the active RFID and scanning barcode ID.
On your physical pass, the RFID is located in the upper-left corner on the back and begins with 01-1614. The barcode ID is located at the bottom of the front and begins with XYZ99.
Forgot your pass? You can still get on the mountain. Bring your original purchase confirmation email to the resort ticket office, and the resort can provide you with a lift ticket. You can also review ourhow to use your pass before your visit for destination-specific information.
