All about your Mountain Collective physical pass
If you already have a physical pass from a prior season, continue to use your physical pass in the current season and in any future season in which you are a Mountain Collective pass holder.
New pass holders or pass holders who didn’t have a pass in a prior season, we will mail your physical Mountain Collective pass as long as you already signed your waiver and uploaded your pass holder photo (log into your Mountain Collective account to complete those tasks). Please also make sure your shipping address is correct.

The biggest benefit of having your Mountain Collective physical pass is skipping the lines for the ticket office and going straight to the lift. Make sure you know where and when your physical pass works. - 50% OFF DAYS – ACTION REQUIRED!
Your physical pass is not automatically valid for 50% off lift ticket days. In most cases, discounted lift tickets can be purchased directly from the resorts (online or in-person) and loaded onto your physical pass, after which you can go direct to the lifts. Physical Pass FAQs
YES! In order to reduce plastic and shipping waste, your physical pass is meant to be reused in all future seasons that you ski or ride with your Mountain Collective pass. We do not send new physical passes to pass holders who have ever received a physical pass from a prior season, so please save your pass for re-use in future seasons! Replacement physical passes can be purchased for a fee by clicking here.
No. Our resorts only recognize one physical pass per person, so you cannot have and use multiple physical passes.
- If you are already at a Mountain Collective resort, go to the ticket office with your original purchase confirmation email, and the resort will provide you with a lift ticket. Learn how to use your pass at our Mountain Collective resorts.
- If you have at least 2-3 weeks before your next visit, you can purchase a replacement pass online.
- Important Note: Only your new replacement physical pass will be activated and work at Mountain Collective Resorts. Should you locate your older physical pass, please use it as an ornament or decoration for fun, as it will no longer work at any Mountain Collective resorts.
Log in to your Mountain Collective account and view the active RFID and scanning barcode ID. Click on Additional Information next to each pass holder’s picture. On the physical pass, the RFID is located on the upper left corner on the back of your pass and begins with 01-1614. The barcode ID is listed on the bottom of the front of your pass and begins with XYZ99.

For the best experience with your physical pass at our Mountain Collective resorts, keep your pass in a pocket by itself, away from any other season passes, credit cards, or phones which could interfere with the pass scanning process at our resorts.
