All about your Mountain Collective physical pass
If you already had a physical pass in 23/24, continue to use your physical pass in 24/25 and in any future season in which you are a Mountain Collective pass holder.
New pass holders in 24/25, or pass holders who didn’t have a pass in 23/24: before the start of the season (most likely this summer), we will mail your physical Mountain Collective pass as long as you already signed your waiver and uploaded your pass holder photo (log into your Mountain Collective account to complete those tasks). Please also make sure your shipping address is correct.

Getting your physical pass from Mountain Collective is easy. Simply upload your photo & sign waivers online before your next ski trip and we’ll mail it to you! - USE YOUR PHYSICAL PASS: DIRECT TO LIFT
The biggest benefit of having your Mountain Collective physical pass is skipping the lines for the ticket office and going straight to the lift. Some of our resorts still require reservations and a select few will require a visit to the ticket office, so make sure you know where your physical pass works. - 50% OFF DAYS – ACTION REQUIRED!
Your physical pass is not automatically valid for 50% off lift ticket days. In most cases, discounted lift tickets can be purchased directly from the resorts (online or in-person) and loaded onto your physical pass, after which you can go direct to the lifts. Physical Pass FAQs
No. Our resorts only recognize one physical pass per person, so you cannot have and use multiple physical passes.
YES! Your physical pass can be reused for future seasons with Mountain Collective. Please save your pass for re-use in future seasons! Since your physical pass will work each year you renew with Mountain Collective, be sure to save your pass as replacement passes will have a cost.
- If you are already at a Mountain Collective resort, go to the ticket office with your original purchase confirmation with MCP ID, and the resort will print you a lift ticket for your access. Learn how to use your pass at our Mountain Collective resorts.
- If you have at least a week or two before your next visit, you can request a replacement pass online. Replacement passes are $7.
- Important Note: Only your new replacement physical pass will be activated and work at Mountain Collective Resorts. Should you locate your older physical pass, please use it as an ornament or decoration for fun, as it will no longer work at any Mountain Collective resorts.
