How to Use My Pass
Resort Pass Pickup • 50% Passes • Reservations
This year, we have introduced a physical, direct-to-lift pass. If you don’t receive a physical pass, forgot to bring it with you, need to purchase 50%-off lift tickets, or need to check which resorts require a reservation, see below for pick-up procedures at each destination. If visiting a ticket office, bring a printout of your emailed purchase confirmation or present the email on your smartphone along with a photo ID at any ticket window.

Alta Ski Area

Aspen Snowmass
Advance Reservations RequiredMountain Collective Passholders are required to make reservations for the free days that are included with their Mountain Collective pass. Reservations can be made online at any time prior to 9am on the day that you plan to ski, so long as spots are still available, and must be modified or cancelled online by that time. Banff Sunshine
If you received a SkiBig3/Mountain Collective pass via post, you can go directly to the chairlift with your pass. Otherwise, please present your pass confirmation with barcode and photo ID at the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub at 114 Banff Ave. or any ticket window in-resort. Reservations are NOT required.

Big Sky Resort
Advance Reservations RequiredMountain Collective passholders are required to make a reservation to use their 2 (or 3) days at Big Sky Resort that are included with their Mountain Collective pass. Dates may reach capacity, so making reservations in advance is encouraged. Mountain Collective passholders can make, change, or cancel reservations using the link above/below.
Advance reservations are not required for any 50%-off lift tickets. Passholders are eligible to receive 50%-off lift tickets using a direct-to-lift auto-charge function. That function may be added to their account when making the initial reservation, or at the Ticket Windows/Basecamp Office upon arrival.
Upon completion of the reservation process, the Mountain Collective physical pass will be automatically loaded with the selected dates. It will also be loaded with any auto-charge functions that may be selected, including additional 50%-off days and/or Tram Access.
If the passholder has not received their Mountain Collective physical pass prior to visiting Big Sky Resort, please visit the Ticket Windows or Basecamp office to receive a Big Sky specific RFID Sky Card upon arrival. This card will only be valid at Big Sky Resort.
Please note: Lone Peak Tram access is NOT included with your Mountain Collective Pass. Access to high-alpine terrain via the Lone Peak Tram will require a credit card auto-charge add-on to your Mountain Collective pass. You may add the Tram auto-charge option to your Mountain Collective Pass when you make your reservations online or at the ticket windows/Basecamp office upon arrival. Chamonix
Note that your Mountain Collective physical pass will not work at Chamonix. To redeem your days at Chamonix, you must bring your Mountain Collective purchase confirmation email that lists your MCP ID to redeem your Chamonix lift tickets at Central Cash Desk, 35; place de la Mer de Glace, 74400 - CHAMONIX MONT-BLANC.
Coronet Peak + The Remarkables
Note that your Mountain Collective physical pass will not work at Coronet Peak or the Remarkables. Please present a photo ID with your Mountain Collective purchase confirmation email that includes your MCP ID, which is required, to collect your included days.
For guests who have nominated either Coronet Peak or The Remarkables for their additional days, please provide proof (of nomination) at time of NZSki pass issue.
For guests who are not Mountain Collective pass holders but hold 23/24 season passes from a Mountain Collective resort, we require a copy of your resort pass and your photo ID to ensure your eligibility to receive 50%-off day tickets.
Although Mt. Hutt (MH) is not officially a Mountain Collective partner, we honor this to avoid confusion for Mountain Collective pass holders. Please pick-up your passes at Mt. Hutt in Queenstown.

Grand Targhee Resort
If you have not received or forgot your Mountain Collective pass, please bring your Mountain Collective purchase confirmation email that lists your MCP ID and photo ID to the Ticket Booth or Activity Center. You will need to purchase a Targhee Card for $5. This card will only be valid at Grand Targhee and can be reloaded with
additional 50% off lift ticket purchases.

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

Passholders must make a reservation for their complimentary and/or their 50%-off lift tickets for the specific dates they plan to ride at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Passholders can make, modify or cancel reservations via our online store. We ask that cancellations be made as far in advance as possible but no later than 11am MST the day of your scheduled reservation.
Cancellation of your reservation after your pass has been scanned is a violation of the reservation policy.
If you have your Mountain physical pass, you can go straight to the lifts after you’ve made your reservation. If you don’t have your physical Mountain Collective physical pass, stop by the Tickets & Guest Service Center below the Tram dock to have a JCard issued to you. You will be asked to present a valid ID and your MCP ID listed on your Mountain Collective order email confirmation.For any questions or concerns, please EMAIL US or call 1-844-854-0136.

Le Massif de Charlevoix
Note: your physical pass will not work at Le Massif de Charlevoix.
Get out on the slopes faster by making an advance reservation with Le Massif de Charlevoix. Please email mountaincollective@lemassif.com at least 72 hours before your visit and indicate the date(s) of your visit. We will confirm your reservation by email and have your tickets waiting for you at the Mountain Collective ticket counter at the ticket office located at the top of the mountain. Please bring your Mountain Collective purchase confirmation email with MCP ID and a photo ID for verification.
If you haven’t made an advance reservation: please bring your Mountain Collective email confirmation MCP ID and a photo ID to pick-up your lift ticket at the Mountain Collective ticket counter at the ticket office located at the top of the mountain.
Important note: your lift ticket will be active for the number of days you request. If the second day is not used during the same stay, you will need to again check-in at the Mountain Collective counter as you did on your first visit to receive your second (or third) day that is included with your Mountain Collective pass.
For 50%-off days: please bring your Mountain Collective email confirmation with barcode, a photo ID and your lift card issued by Le Massif to the Mountain Collective ticket counter in order to charge your additional days.

Marmot Basin
If you don’t have your Mountain Collective physical pass, you can still skip the ticket lines and head directly to the lifts. Visit our ONLINE STORE, enter your Mountain Collective “MCP ID” (starting with MCP…, as found in your email confirmation), and we’ll have your RFID Card ready for pick-up at our mobile pick-up boxes located at the Caribou Chalet. Be sure to have your email confirmation ready when you arrive.
For your 50%-off days, please visit our online store and purchase your discounted days. These will automatically be loaded to your physical pass/RFID media card, so you can go directly to the lifts after your purchase!
Alternatively, please visit our ticket windows with your Mountain Collective-emailed order confirmation that lists your MCP ID for your daily lift ticket.

Mt Buller
Please visit the Village Ticket Office with photo ID and your Mountain Collective order confirmation email that lists your MCP ID, which is required, to collect your included days. Note that your Mountain Collective physical pass will not work at Mt. Buller unless and until activated at their ticket window.
Once included days have been collected and used, additional days at 50%- off the in-resort rate of single day lift passes will be available for purchase for Mountain Collective Pass Holders over the counter, or via the Mt Buller eStore click here: (login required).
Niseko United
Note that your Mountain Collective physical pass will not work at Niseko United. Please bring a printout of your Mountain Collective order confirmation email and a photo ID to select Lift Ticket counters across the Niseko United resort.
