Mountain Collective Resort Reservations
A select few of our resorts require advanced reservations for daily tickets and/or parking. Check the list below before you arrive for resort reservation procedures.

Aspen Snowmass
Reservations RequiredMountain Collective Passholders are required to make reservations for the free days that are included with their Mountain Collective pass. Reservations can be made online at any time prior to 9am on the day that you plan to ski, so long as spots are still available, and must be modified or cancelled online by that time. Click the reservation link for full instructions. To make a reservation, you will need your customer ID # that you can find on the front of your Mountain Collective physical pass.
Want to use your 50%-off days? You are always welcome to ski or ride for unlimited additional days at 50%-off the daily ticket rate. While no reservation is required for these discounted extension days, you will need to opt in to enable your Direct-to-Lift access. This can be done online by clicking here (near to or during the season) or over the phone or in any of our ticket offices located at the base of each mountain. With Direct-to-Lift access, you can Simply head straight to the lifts with your pass for the freedom to hit the slopes whenever you would like.

Big Sky Resort
Reservations RequiredMountain Collective passholders are required to make a reservation to use their 2 (or 3) days at Big Sky Resort that are included with their Mountain Collective pass. Dates may reach capacity, so making reservations in advance is encouraged. Mountain Collective passholders can make, change, or cancel reservations using the link above/below. To make a reservation, you will need your Customer ID # that you can find on the front of your Mountain Collective physical pass.
Advance reservations are not required for any 50%-off lift tickets. Passholders are eligible to receive 50%-off lift tickets using a direct-to-lift auto-charge function. That function may be added to their account when making the initial reservation, or at the Ticket Windows/Basecamp Office upon arrival.
Upon completion of the reservation process, the Mountain Collective physical pass will be automatically loaded with the selected dates. It will also be loaded with any auto-charge functions that may be selected, including additional 50%-off days and/or Tram Access.
If the passholder has not received their Mountain Collective physical pass prior to visiting Big Sky Resort, please visit the Ticket Windows or Basecamp office to receive a Big Sky specific RFID Sky Card upon arrival. This card will only be valid at Big Sky Resort. You will need your MCP ID that you can find on your email confirmation sent upon the purchase of your Mountain Collective pass. You can also find your MCP ID by logging in to your Mountain Collective account and clicking on the “View/Print” button of your most recent order. Note that your MCP ID is not listed on your Mountain Collective physical pass.
Please note: Lone Peak Tram access is NOT included with your Mountain Collective Pass. Access to high-alpine terrain via the Lone Peak Tram will require a credit card auto-charge add-on to your Mountain Collective pass. You may add the Tram auto-charge option to your Mountain Collective Pass when you make your reservations online or at the ticket windows/Basecamp office upon arrival. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort
Reservations RequiredPassholders must make a reservation for their complimentary and/or their 50%-off lift tickets for the specific dates they plan to ride at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Passholders can make, modify or cancel reservations via our online store. We ask that cancellations be made as far in advance as possible but no later than 11am MST the day of your scheduled reservation. To make a reservation, you will need your Customer ID # that you can find on the front of your Mountain Collective physical pass.
Cancellation of your reservation after your pass has been scanned is a violation of the reservation policy.
If you have your Mountain physical pass, you can go straight to the lifts after you’ve made your reservation. If you don’t have your physical Mountain Collective physical pass, stop by the Tickets & Guest Service Center below the Tram dock to have a JCard issued to you. You will be asked to present a valid ID and your MCP ID listed on your Mountain Collective order email confirmation. You can also find your MCP ID by logging in to your Mountain Collective account and clicking on the “View/Print” button of your most recent order. Note that your MCP ID is not listed on your Mountain Collective physical pass.
