NEW THIS YEAR! All pass holders will receive a physical pass which allows you to skip the ticket lines and go direct to the lifts at most of our resorts. After purchasing your Mountain Collective pass, submit a photo and sign your waiver to have your pass mailed to you. Discover the benefits of the new Mountain Collective physical pass .
You can also redeem your Mountain Collective pass at any of our resorts if you forget or lose your physical pass. Learn how to use your pass and view resort-specific pick-up instructions.
No. Our resorts only recognize one physical pass per person, so you cannot have and use multiple physical passes.
YES! Your physical pass can be reused for future seasons with Mountain Collective. Please save your pass for re-use in future seasons! Since your physical pass will work each year you renew with Mountain Collective, be sure to save your pass as replacement passes will have a cost.
- If you are already at a Mountain Collective resort, go to the ticket office with your original purchase confirmation with MCP ID, and the resort will print you a lift ticket for your access. Learn how to use your pass at our Mountain Collective resorts.
- If you have at least a week or two before your next visit, you can request a replacement pass online. Replacement passes are $7.
- Important Note: Only your new replacement physical pass will be activated and work at Mountain Collective Resorts. Should you locate your older physical pass, please use it as an ornament or decoration for fun, as it will no longer work at any Mountain Collective resorts.
You will still be able to get a daily pass at all of our resorts, even if you forget your physical pass. Learn how to use your pass at our Mountain Collective resorts.
Your physical pass is not automatically valid for 50% off lift ticket days. In most cases, discounted lift tickets can be purchased directly from the resorts (online or in-person) and loaded onto your physical pass, after which you can go direct to the lifts. Procedures for purchasing 50%-off lift tickets vary from resort to resort. Learn how to use your pass to claim 50% off lift tickets at various Mountain Collective resorts.
Daily (and/or parking reservations) are required at select resorts during select times. Check our Resort Reservations page before your trip for the most up to date info on each resort.
Yes, you can modify your reservations at the following Mountain Collective resort locations:

You can find your MCP ID in your confirmation email.
Your 3rd day bonus will automatically be applied to your pass if you purchased a pass with a 3rd free day at a resort of your choice. You will have been given a choice in the checkout process to choose a 3rd day location. If you are interested in changing your 3rd day location, please reach out via email - support@mountaincollective.com. All other pass holders do not have a 3rd day bonus.

Ski pass insurance claims must be reported within 30 days after a loss or as soon as reasonably possible. You can start an insurance claim here.
1. Select Ski Pass Preserver and start claim
2. On next page select 'I bought my pass from the ski resort'
3. Enter Mountain Collective for the name of the resort
4. Enter your Order ID number from your Confirmation email 4XXXXXXX for the transaction ID. (Example. 43211234)

With Mountain Collective’s Ski Pass Insurance, you may be reimbursed up to the total cost of the pass if you are unable to use or continue to use the pass due to a covered event. Personal coverage for unforeseen circumstances includes:
- Injury, sickness, or death of you or a family member
- Natural disaster, vandalism, or theft causing your primary residence to be uninhabitable
- Relocation of over 100 miles from primary residence
- Revocation of military leave

Your 2024-25 Mountain Collective pass is valid during the 2024 ski season at Mt. Buller in Australia, Coronet Peak + The Remarkables in New Zealand and Valle Nevado in Chile.
You will receive two days of skiing at each DESTINATION, not MOUNTAIN. Additional days can be purchased at a discounted rate using your Mountain Collective pass, allowing you to take full advantage of our multi-mountain resort destinations.

Typically, if you visit one destination for six days or more, the pass will pay for itself. This allows you to maximize your pass benefits with 2 free days and unlimited 50% off lift tickets at your favorite resort.
There are no blackout dates with the Mountain Collective Pass or the 50% off lift tickets. However, there are blackout dates for lodging. Reservations at Aspen Snowmass, Big Sky, and Jackson Hole can fill-up, and it may be difficult to find availability on peak visitation dates. We encourage you to book your reservations early and check back often once they sell out.
