Mountain Collective Passholders will have access to Big Sky Resort when their passes permit access, and at this time will not be required to make a reservation before their visit. On your first ski day, please visit our Mountain Services team at the lift ticket windows to receive your Big Sky Resort RFID Sky Card or purchase your extra 50% off lift tickets.

Lone Peak Tram access at Big Sky Resort is not included within the Mountain Collective Pass. Access to high-alpine terrain via the Lone Peak Tram requires an add-on product for the 21/22 season.

Passholders must make a reservation for the specific dates they plan to ski/snowboard at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Passholders can make, modify or cancel reservations via our online store. We ask that cancellations be made no later than the day before your scheduled reservation.

Cancellation of your reservation after your pass has been scanned is a violation of the reservation policy.

You may choose to have your tickets sent to you or pick them up at the season pass office. This selection is made during the reservation process. We will not ship if your reservation is made with 14 days of your start date. Please remember to bring identification if you are picking tickets up. Please visit the Village Ticket Office with photo ID and your Mountain Collective receipt (we require the MCP barcode ID from your receipt) to collect your included days. Once included days have been collected and used, additional days at 50% off the in-resort rate of single day lift passes will be available for purchase for Mountain Collective Pass Holders over the counter, or via the Mt Buller eStore (login required - follow the "Mtn Collective Extra Days" links).

Please bring a printout of your order confirmation and a photo ID to select Lift Ticket counters across the Niseko United resort. Mountain Collective passholders will receive a 2-day All Mountain Lift Ticket. There is a ¥1,000 refundable deposit for the pass to be paid on collection. Prior to arrival at Sugarbush Resort, all Mountain Collective pass holders must call (800)-53-SUGAR in advance to fulfill their Mountain Collective access. If you do not have a SugarXpress card from previous seasons, you will pick up at the Resort by showing your order confirmation or photo ID. If additional days will be used, the Sugarbush call center will add your credit card and you can head direct to the lift at a 50% discount after complimentary days have been used. Reservations are not required for dates to ski and/or ride.

What is the cut off age for children’s passes?

Children’s passes are reserved for skiers/riders who are 12 years old at the time of purchase.
Teen’s passes are reserved for skiers/riders who are between the ages of 13-18 years old at the time of purchase.

I am a premium passholder at one of the Mountain Collective Resorts. What discounts can I get when visiting other Mountain Collective Resort destinations?

Premium passholders at Mountain Collective Resorts have the opportunity to purchase unlimited 50% off single day tickets at the other Mountain Collective Resorts. We recommend reaching out to the resort you're interested in visiting to inquire about specific details.

Please note: The Mammoth Black Pass is the only product from Mammoth Resorts that includes this benefit. Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows does not currently offer any passes that include this benefit. The SkiBig3 Season Pass is the only product from Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise, and Mt. Norquay that includes this benefit.

When is my Mountain Collective Pass valid at Southern Hemisphere resorts Mt Buller, Thredbo, Coronet Peak and The Remarkables?

Your 2021-22 Mountain Collective pass is valid during the 2021 ski season at Mt Buller, Coronet Peak | The Remarkables, Thredbo and Valle Nevado.

In regards to multi-mountain destinations such as Aspen Snowmass, Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows, and Coronet Peak | The Remarkables, do I get two free days of skiing at each mountain?

You will receive two days of skiing at each DESTINATION, not MOUNTAIN. For example, you will receive two free days of skiing between Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley, as those two mountains are the same destination. This is also true for the Aspen mountains (Highlands, Buttermilk, Snowmass and Aspen), and Coronet Peak | The Remarkables.

What lodging deals are offered to Mountain Collective Pass holders?

Mountain Collective Pass holders get exclusive access to great lodging deals at each of the Mountain Collective destinations. Check out which lodging properties offer deals. *Please note: Some lodging properties will have blackout dates, in which Mountain Collective Pass holders are not eligible for a discount. Is it worth it to purchase the Mountain Collective Pass if I only visit one destination?

Typically, if you visit one destination for six days or more, the pass will pay for itself.

Are there any blackout dates for redeeming my first two days or 50% off tickets?

There are no blackout dates with the Mountain Collective Pass or the 50% off lift tickets; however, there are blackout dates for lodging.
