23/24 Pass Shipping Update
The season is upon us! While some of you have received your physical passes, we know many of you are still anxiously awaiting them. We apologize that the passes are taking longer than expected to print and ship.
For people who purchased a pass as of today, we will have shipped all our passes by the end of this week; however, shipping times are taking longer than expected. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and can take as long as 5 weeks between shipment to arrival (or even more for international addresses).
Don’t worry if you don’t have your pass!
If you are planning to use your pass before you get the physical pass in the mail, you can always use your emailed order confirmation for access at any resort.
We’ve put together instructions on how to use your pass at various Mountain Collective resorts so you can hit the slopes even if you don’t have your physical pass.
If you have already received your physical pass, learn how to get the most out of your Mountain Collective physical pass benefits – including direct-to-lift access, 50% off days, and physical pass FAQs – and have a wonderful season!
Lastly, please remember to hold on to your pass! We will not send new physical passes next year to returning pass holders, as your physical pass will be good any year at Mountain Collective resorts (for active pass holders)!
