How to Use My Friends/Family Benefits

We love our customers, and now you can share the love by giving your Friends & Family a 25%-discount off 1-day lift tickets at any Mountain Collective resort.

FIRST, you must log into your Mountain Collective account. From there, under the Friends & Family section, next to each pass holder’s name, click on the “Redeem Friends & Family Tickets” hyperlink, and follow the prompts to receive a special redemption code.



What are the blackout dates for friends and family?

Blackout dates apply: December 27-31, 2025; January 17-18 and February 14-15, 2026*.

Are all passes eligible?

The Friends & Family benefit does not apply to our 5 & under free pass holders.

How many do I get?

There is a maximum of 8 per season per passholder

* Does not include passholders under the age of 5.

When are the Southern Hemisphere resorts available?

Southern Hemisphere resorts are available in the late spring, as each resort opens.

When are the Northern Hemisphere resorts available?

Northern Hemisphere resorts are available in December, as each resort opens.

On or before your first day of skiing or riding at Taos, you must visit the main Lake Fork ticket office at this resort to activate your Mountain Collective pass. Please be prepared to present your Mountain Collective confirmation email and ID to an agent.
