How to Use My Pass at Mountain Collective Resorts
Resort Pass Pickup • 50% Passes • Reservations
This year, we have introduced a physical, direct-to-lift pass. If you don’t receive a physical pass, forgot to bring it with you, need to purchase 50%-off lift tickets, or need to check which resorts require a reservation, see below for pick-up procedures at each destination. If visiting a ticket office, bring a printout of your emailed purchase confirmation or present the email on your smartphone along with a photo ID at any ticket window.

Alta Ski Area
If you don't have your Mountain Collective pass, bring your Mountain Collective confirmation email and a photo ID to any ticket window. Additional questions, please call the number below.

Aspen Snowmass
If you have your Mountain Collective physical pass, you can go directly to the lifts for the free days included on your pass. Otherwise, please present your pass confirmation email and photo ID at any ticket window. Reservations are NOT required.
If you want to go straight to the lifts for your 50%-off days, you will either need to pre-purchase your 50%-off days by clicking here , or you can call our call center at 800-525-6200 to add your credit card to your Aspen account so that you have anytime direct-to-lift access. Alternatively, you can visit us at any ticket office located at the base of each mountain.

Banff Sunshine
If you received a Mountain Collective pass via post, you can go directly to the chairlift with your pass. Otherwise, please present your pass confirmation and photo ID at the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub at 114 Banff Ave. or any ticket window in-resort. Reservations are NOT required.
If you wish to purchase additional 50%-off days with your Mountain Collective pass, direct-to-lift access is available once your credit card is attached to your Mountain Collective Pass. This can be done first by completing SkiBig3’s online billing agreement. Then your credit card details must be added to your SkiBig3 account by either (i) calling SkiBig3 at 844-754-2443 or (ii) visiting the SkiBig3 Hub locations in Banff or Canmore or the guest services locations at Banff Sunshine or Lake Louise. Alternatively, 50%-off tickets can be purchased in-person at any of the above locations. 50%-off ski days are available for use at your choice of Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise and/or Mt. Norquay and will be charged at 50%-off the SkiBig3 window ticket rate.

Big Sky Resort
If the passholder has not received their Mountain Collective physical pass prior to visiting Big Sky Resort, please visit the Ticket Windows or Basecamp office to receive a Big Sky specific RFID Sky Card upon arrival. This card will only be valid at Big Sky Resort. You will need your MCP ID that you can find on your email confirmation sent upon the purchase of your Mountain Collective pass. You can also find your MCP ID by logging in to your Mountain Collective account and clicking on the “View/Print” button of your most recent order. Note that your MCP ID is not listed on your Mountain Collective physical pass.
Please note: Lone Peak Tram access is NOT included with your Mountain Collective Pass. Access to high-alpine terrain via the Lone Peak Tram will require a credit card auto-charge add-on to your Mountain Collective pass. You may add the Tram auto-charge option to your Mountain Collective Pass when you make your reservations online or at the ticket windows/Basecamp office upon arrival. Bromont
Please note that your Mountain Collective pass will not work directly at the ski lifts at Bromont, montagne d’expériences.
To enjoy the days included with your pass, present a photo ID along with your Mountain Collective purchase confirmation email. You will receive a reloadable Bromont, montagne d’expériences card, for which you must pay a refundable $5 deposit. If you have chosen to add a 3rd day with us, we can add it to your Bromont, montagne d’expériences reloadable card during your visit.
To purchase additional days at 50% off, present your Mountain Collective confirmation email, a photo ID, and your reloadable card at the Bromont, montagne d’expériences ticket office.

Chamonix
To redeem your free and/or 50%-off days at Chamonix, you must bring your Mountain Collective purchase confirmation email that lists your MCP ID to any of the Compagnie du Mont-Blanc & Les Houches ticket offices (locations listed below).
Mountain Collective Guests will receive the “Chamonix Valley” pass, which allows one to visit the following Chamonix Valley resorts: Grands-Montets, Flégère, Brévent, Les Houches, Montenvers-Mer de Glace Train, Aiguille du Midi, Tramway du Mont-Blanc.

Coronet Peak + The Remarkables
Note that your Mountain Collective physical pass will not work at Coronet Peak or the Remarkables. Please present a photo ID with your Mountain Collective purchase confirmation email that includes your MCP ID, which is required, to collect your included days.
For guests who have nominated either Coronet Peak or The Remarkables for their additional days, please provide proof (of nomination) at time of NZSki pass issue.
For guests who are not Mountain Collective pass holders but hold 23/24 season passes from a Mountain Collective resort, we require a copy of your resort pass and your photo ID to ensure your eligibility to receive 50%-off day tickets.
Although Mt. Hutt (MH) is not officially a Mountain Collective partner, we honor this to avoid confusion for Mountain Collective pass holders. Please pick-up your passes at Mt. Hutt in Queenstown.

Grand Targhee Resort
If you have not received or forgot your Mountain Collective pass, please bring your Mountain Collective purchase confirmation email that lists your MCP ID and photo ID to the Ticket Booth or Activity Center. You will need to purchase a Targhee Card for $5. This card will only be valid at Grand Targhee and can be reloaded with
additional 50% off lift ticket purchases.

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort
Reservations RequiredPassholders must make a reservation for their complimentary and/or their 50%-off lift tickets for the specific dates they plan to ride at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Passholders can make, modify or cancel reservations via our online store. We ask that cancellations be made as far in advance as possible but no later than 11am MST the day of your scheduled reservation. To make a reservation, you will need your Customer ID # that you can find on the front of your Mountain Collective physical pass.
Cancellation of your reservation after your pass has been scanned is a violation of the reservation policy.
If you have your Mountain physical pass, you can go straight to the lifts after you’ve made your reservation. If you don’t have your physical Mountain Collective physical pass, stop by the Tickets & Guest Service Center below the Tram dock to have a JCard issued to you. You will be asked to present a valid ID and your MCP ID listed on your Mountain Collective order email confirmation. You can also find your MCP ID by logging in to your Mountain Collective account and clicking on the “View/Print” button of your most recent order. Note that your MCP ID is not listed on your Mountain Collective physical pass.

Le Massif de Charlevoix
Please note that your Mountain Collective pass will not work directly at the lifts at Le Massif de Charlevoix.
To use your included days, present your Mountain Collective pass along with a valid ID at one of the ticket counters at the Summit ticket office to receive a rechargeable Le Massif de Charlevoix card. If you do not have your pass with you, please present your Mountain Collective confirmation email and a photo ID.
If you have added a third day with us, we will be able to load it onto your rechargeable card.
To receive additional days at 50% off, present your Mountain Collective pass or your Mountain Collective confirmation email along with a photo ID and your rechargeable card at the Summit ticket office at Le Massif de Charlevoix.

Marmot Basin
If you have received your physical Mountain Collective Pass, head directly to the lifts to use your free days. Megève
Mountain Collective passholders receive the Evasion Mont Blanc pass. Please pick up your pass at any of the following 3 Megève ticket offices (Rochebrune, Chamois, or Mont d’Arbois).

The Megève Pass includes access to Saint-Gervais and Combloux. (Note that you can not pick-up your 50%-off lift tickets at either of these locations, but rather, can only pick up your lift tickets at Megeve’s ticket offices listed above.)
NOTE: Your Mountain Collective physical pass will not work at Megève, so plan to stop by a ticket office.
Mt Buller
Please visit the Village Ticket Office with photo ID and your Mountain Collective order confirmation email that lists your MCP ID, which is required, to collect your included days. Note that your Mountain Collective physical pass will not work at Mt. Buller unless and until activated at their ticket window.
Once included days have been collected and used, additional days at 50%- off the in-resort rate of single day lift passes will be available for purchase for Mountain Collective Pass Holders over the counter, or via the Mt Buller eStore click here: (login required).
Niseko United
Note that your Mountain Collective physical pass will not work at Niseko United. Please bring a printout of your Mountain Collective order confirmation email and a photo ID to select Lift Ticket counters across the Niseko United resort. Taos Ski Valley
Activate your pass prior to arrival in Taos by logging in here and following the activation process (click on "Activate Physical Pass" to get started).
Once in Taos, visit one of the pick-up boxes (PUBs) located throughout the resort. Grab the printed pass from the PUB, then head straight to the lift.
Additional days at 50% off the walk-up ticket rate may be purchased on-site at the Lake Fork Ticket Office.
Whiteface
Because the Mountain Collective physical pass does not (yet!) work at Whiteface, on or before your first day of skiing or riding at Whiteface, please visit our ticket office to receive your lift ticket. Please be prepared to present your Mountain Collective confirmation email and ID to an agent.
