Mountain Collective Passes may be picked up at one of our outside ticket windows between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.
2022-2023 Reservation Info
Mountain Collective Passholders are required to make reservations online to ski and ride at Aspen Snowmass for the 2022-2023 season. Reservations can be made at any time prior to 9am on the day that you plan to ski, so long as spots are still available, and must be modified or cancelled online by that time.
To reserve your days: First, log into your Mountain Collective account to retrieve your voucher ID. Vouchers begin with MCP followed by a series of numbers (example: MCPXXXXXXXX). Then, view full instructions and follow the prompts through Aspen Snowmass here.You can make, modify, or cancel reservations (modifications and cancellations can be made before 9am the day of your reservation).

If you received a SkiBig3/Mountain Collective pass via post, you can go directly to the chairlift with your pass. Otherwise, please present your pass confirmation with barcode and photo ID at the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub at 114 Banff Ave. or any ticket window in-resort. Reservations are NOT required.
Big Sky Resort
Mountain Collective passholders need to make a reservation to use their days at Big Sky. Days may fill up, so make your reservations early for the best availability. Lone Peak Tram access can be added to your Mountain Collective pass online. Learn More
You may access our online redemption and reservations system through our ONLINE STORE. You can pick up your preloaded RFID Sky Card at one of our Sky Card Express Boxes conveniently located around the resort. You may also visit our ticket windows or Basecamp Office to pick up your Sky Card. Please view your Big Sky Resort confirmation letter for more details after you reserve your days.
Lone Peak Tram access WILL NOT be included in your Mountain Collective Pass. Access to high-alpine terrain via the Lone Peak Tram will require a credit card auto-charge add-on to your pass. To redeem your days at Chamonix you must bring your printed voucher/confirmation of your Mountain Collective Pass purchase. Redeem at Central Cash Desk, 35; place de la Mer de Glace, 74400 - CHAMONIX MONT-BLANC.

Coronet Peak + The Remarkables
MC guests will need to present proof of purchase including the barcode verifying their status as Mountain Collective Pass holders for 2023.
For guests who have nominated either Coronet Peak or The Remarkables for their additional days please provide proof (of nomination) at time of NZSki pass issue.
For guests who are not MC pass holders but hold 2023 season passes from a MC resort, we require a copy of your resort pass and your photo ID to ensure your eligibility to receive 50% off day passes.
Although Mt. Hutt (MH) is not officially a MC partner, we honor this to avoid confusion for MC guests. Please pick up their your passes to Mt. Hutt in Queenstown.
Grand Targhee Resort
We encourage you to skip the ticket lines, and in advance of your visit, please redeem your free Mountain Collective days online. FOR FULL INSTRUCTIONS AND HOW TO REDEEM ONLINE, CLICK HERE.
Or you can redeem your Mountain Collective free days at the Activity Center or Ticket Booth.
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort
Passholders must make a reservation for the specific dates they plan to ski/snowboard at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Passholders can make, modify or cancel reservations via our online store. We ask that cancellations be made no later than the day before your scheduled reservation.
Cancellation of your reservation after your pass has been scanned is a violation of the reservation policy.
Your tickets will be available for pick up at the season pass office. Please remember to bring identification if you are picking tickets up. If you would like to have your Mountain Collective Pass fulfilled before your arrival at JHMR, call 1-844-854-0136 or EMAIL US.

Le Massif de Charlevoix
Get out on the slopes faster by making an advance reservation with Le Massif de Charlevoix. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 72 hours before your visit indicate the date of your visit. We will confirm your reservation by email and have your tickets waiting for you at the Mountain Collective ticket counter at the ticket office located at the top of the mountain. Please bring your Mountain Collective email confirmation with barcode and a photo ID for verification.
If you haven’t made an advance reservation: please bring your Mountain Collective email confirmation with barcode and a photo ID to pick-up your lift ticket at the Mountain Collective ticket counter at the ticket office located at the top of the mountain.
Important note: your lift ticket will be active for the number of days you request. If the second day is not used during the same stay, you will need to again check in at the Mountain Collective counter as you did on your first visit to receive your second (or third) day that is included with your Mountain Collective pass.
For 50%-off days: please bring your Mountain Collective email confirmation with barcode, a photo ID and your lift card issued by Le Massif to the Mountain Collective ticket counter in order to charge your additional days.
