Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any location where people are present. The Mountain Collective does not own and/or operate the individual resorts which are part of our program and as such cannot guarantee you a risk-free experience, however, by each of us taking personal responsibility, respecting one another and adhering to all local, regional and state health and safety guidelines we can collectively reduce the risks to resort guests, employees and communities. Every guest shares the responsibility for a safe and healthy experience while skiing and riding on our partner’s mountains and visiting their restaurants, hotels, and retail stores.
In these times we all must make decisions that work for ourselves and consider our own risk profile. All Mountain Collective partner resorts have implemented protocols to prioritize guest health and safety, but The Mountain Collective cannot guarantee you will not be exposed to COVID-19 during your visit to any of our partner resorts. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and can lead to severe illness and death and the risk of being exposed or becoming sick due to COVID-19 cannot be eliminated. You are voluntarily assuming all COVID-19 exposure risks by coming onto any of our partner resorts’ property or using any facility or service that is under our partner resorts’ ownership, operation, or control. We look forward to having you join us at on of our partner resorts this winter, but want to make sure that you do so fully informed and in a manner that works for you.
